East Austin is a great base for exploring the city. Uber and Lyft are widely available and the most convenient way to reach downtown, 6th Street, and Rainey Street. The gated driveway accommodates 2 to 3 cars single file, and free street parking is available nearby. A public bus stop is located approximately half a mile from the property for those using public transportation. Downtown Austin is a 12 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic.

“READ THE DETAILS. *For the price you think you’re getting more. *It’s a DUPLEX for up to 20 guest. 10 in each apartment. *Says not to use pool after 10 pm, that’s the only reason I got this place. *Says to keep the noise down, had 3 neighbors partying both nights. *Not in the best neighborhood. *Pool is not big enough if both apartments are rented out.”
