Please inquire if this is of interest to your group! -Please no glass in or around the hot tub, and kindly keep the cover on when it is not in use so the water stays clean and at temperature. -Please keep noise to a respectful level out of consideration for our neighbors, especially at night. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Our home sits in the Victorian District, a quiet residential stretch of preserved 19th century architecture just south of Savannah’s Landmark Historic District. Forsyth Park is a six minute walk away, with its 1858 fountain and the Forsyth Farmers’ Market held at the south end every Saturday. Restaurants, galleries, and coffee shops are close at hand, and the squares, museums, and riverfront of downtown are a little farther on. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.
This is a walkable part of Savannah, with short blocks and Forsyth Park six minutes away on foot. The city is bike friendly with rental outlets widely available, and rideshare is easy to find. Two off street garage spaces are available at the property, reached from the lane at the rear, with free street parking nearby for additional vehicles.

“We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and as described. We got a bonus of a hot tub (which was not pictured and unexpected). It was very well maintained and usable! The best feature was the location. We do an annual girls trip every year and we like being close to the action and yet private. Literally located just a 5 min walk to Beautiful Forsyth Park and the Historic district. 15 min and you can walk to the center of things. Bobbie’s Diner is just a couple blocks away and so is the pizza joint. Thank you Stay Heirloom for helping make our trip a great one. They are responsive and checked on us to make sure all was perfect.”

“Wonderful place. Very clean and well furnished. A few items were broken (clothing rod in closet and dishwasher panel), which always makes me nervous that we're going to get dinged for it, but the hosts were responsive to messages. Speaking off, leading up to the stay, we reached out about the coffee situation, and they shared that they had a drip coffee maker and Keurig, with an assortment of kcups available. However, upon arriving, we were unable to find any kcups. After messaging the hosts, they promptly provided some for the 5 of us. It was appreciated and showed just how responsive they are to their guests needs. One down side though that we noticed, which we've seen other hosts offer are little amenities not being available - no Kleenex, no lotion, no sunscreen (often left my previous guests, etc) - no little extras. Def not a dealbreaker, but is always a nice touch.”
“We stayed at this air bnb for my wife’s birthday. We had family coming from out of town as well so the carriage house was a great private room for them. The house was beautiful and very clean. Restaurants are mostly driving distance but it was calm and peaceful which is what we were looking for.”
“I booked a property with a private pool , 2 days before check in I was contacted by a sub contract realty company, was made aware that property was not available and I could take a refund or choose from 3 other properties non of which had a pool. They were not helpful at all. The new property I chose was subpar at best on arrival the realty company kept almost harassing me the entire time I was there , showing up unannounced, messaging me constantly , and interrupting my stay. The host is listed as jay but I never spoke to anyone named jay, in fact, I never spoke to the same person twice , Savannah itself is beautiful, and I have used Airbnb for years and never had issues like this . I would encourage anyone booking in this area to make sure it is owned by the person listed and not a realty company prior to booking .”
