“I booked a property with a private pool , 2 days before check in I was contacted by a sub contract realty company, was made aware that property was not available and I could take a refund or choose from 3 other properties non of which had a pool. They were not helpful at all. The new property I chose was subpar at best on arrival the realty company kept almost harassing me the entire time I was there , showing up unannounced, messaging me constantly , and interrupting my stay. The host is listed as jay but I never spoke to anyone named jay, in fact, I never spoke to the same person twice , Savannah itself is beautiful, and I have used Airbnb for years and never had issues like this . I would encourage anyone booking in this area to make sure it is owned by the person listed and not a realty company prior to booking .”
“We had an excellent stay! Our group was there celebrating a bachelorette party. We were able to walk for coffee in the mornings, and uber out to restaurants in the evening. This home is a short uber to both Starland Yard and the river, but not so close that you hear the foot traffic. We felt safe the whole stay. We were grateful for two garage parking spots! The hosts were responsive via message, and they were very accommodating. Would recommend. I was not sure what a carriage house was - turns out, it’s a garage apartment! There were 3 bedrooms in the main house. The carriage house was like a one bedroom apartment. More than enough room for our party of 5 adults.”
“Me and my family had such a great stay here. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. I really liked having a designated parking space but there was also plenty of street parking as well. Everything was clean and we had plenty of towels and washcloths.
