We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group! –The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. –The spa is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and spa maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 12-15 minute walk from the St Charles at Jackson streetcar stop and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 10-minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter.

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was perfect for celebrating a birthday weekend with friends. It was spacious, comfortable, and gave our group plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together. The location was excellent, with short Uber rides to restaurants, nightlife, and other attractions. Having a Walmart nearby was also incredibly convenient for picking up groceries and other essentials. The host was responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this home to others visiting New Orleans!”
“We have stayed with Heirloom previously and loved everything about the location, which is why we sought them out for this trip. However, things were not as great. We could not enter the location at check-in due to a cleaning issue, upon entrance we noticed the floors needed to be properly cleaned, the counters and the bathrooms. There was an issue with a water leak, which was fixed quickly..a definite plus. However, on day of check-out someone entered the location 26 minutes prior to check out, without advising, knocking etc… I spoke with Heirloom directly upon my return home on that day, and advised on how to make all this right. They were apologetic and promised to fairly compensate for these issues. I will say that we love the locations area, the set-up etc, and understand issues can arise, however, it should not be at the cost of the customer. We look forward to rectifying the issue with them and hopefully more stays.”
