Savannah is renowned for its world-class food, Southern charm, and vibrant nightlife. Located in the Thunderbolt neighborhood, our home is a short drive from both downtown and relaxing Tybee Island. Enjoy some local favorites including Tubby's Tank House for seafood by the river. Savannah has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Neighborhood quiet hours are 9pm - 8am. If police visit due to noise, we reserve the right to end the reservation immediately without refund. Thanks for helping to keep good relations with neighbors!
Our home is located in the beautiful Thunderbolt neighborhood of Savannah. We are minutes to Savannah State University, Wright Stadium, and the Thunderbolt Marina. Uber is a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets downtown. We are located just a 15 min drive to the heart of Savannah's downtown, and Forsyth Park.

“The condo was very spacious. Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. The chandelier in the kitchen very dusty all lightbulbs not working full of spiderwebs. We had to sweep the floor when we arrived because the floor was not swept the couch. Moved a little bit underneath it just full of popcorn. Overall, very nice place housekeeping just needs to do a better job. Also no wash cloths so bring your own. I would definitely stay here again”
“We had a really great stay with a large group! The pool was amazing, there was so much space for everyone and it was beautifully decorated. The host was super communicative throughout the stay and responded very quickly. I suppose the only tip I have is that if you don't have a car, make sure to pad for time for the Uber/Lyft to arrive! Other than that, the place is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and amazing for groups.”
