Unbeatable year-round location for groups looking to connect with each other and everything this beautiful area has to offer: Less than a mile from Stowe Mountain Resort, a 2-minute drive to Topnotch resort, less than a ten-minute drive from Mount Mansfield, Smuggler’s Notch, and Underhill State Park, 10-minute drive to downtown Stowe. Summer travelers: Scenic Biking/Downhill biking, hiking, and swimming. A short drive to the more well known Fosters swimming hole - a summer swimming destination for those that know it!
The best way to get around is by car. We recommend bringing your own, but the closest car rental services are located in the nearby towns of Burlington and Berlin. We are also right on the free Mountain Road shuttle stop that will take you to Stowe Mountain!

“We stayed for our annual girls trip, 9 of us in the house. There was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the house was clean. The location was great, about half way between downtown Stowe and the Moutain Resort, and close to the Van Trapp Lodge and Smugglers Cove. Easy access to the walking trail along the river about a mile away, we highly recommend a walk or biking on the trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. Note: the house is close to key sites, but is still pretty remote so getting Ubers and food delivery are less available. Renting a car is worth it, you will need it. There is only 1 liquor store close to the house, ~1.5 miles but closes early. The next one is about 40 mi away. The house is in a small grouping of triplexes, parking is limited to 2 spaces. We had no issues with noise. The kitchen has the basics, plenty of cups, plates & utensils. Bring specific things you may need to cook for large group, or deliver from Walmart”
“Had an absolute wonderful stay at this AirBnB. It’s a huge spacious home - good for 4-5 families. Perfect location with a lovely view - 5 mins from downtown. A lot of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. What I absolutely loved was that there with very few but clear instructions. Check in and checkout didn’t feel like a hassle or a huge chore list. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable - much needed after a long sightseeing day. The host is pretty responsive. They kept checking in to make sure the stay was going good. I would absolutely recommend booking this place!”
“Had a wonderful, memory filled stay in Stowe. Centrally located property (just minutes from downtown) was the perfect home base for exploring the region during Fall foliage season, including easy trips to Waterbury, Woodstock and Burlington. Condo is well appointed with welcoming decor, great finishings and plenty of amenities. The large, open concept kitchen / living room made gathering and socializing as a family easy. While the multitude of separate bedrooms provided enough private, personal space for individuals to relax and recharge on their own. Added bonus, the indoor garage parking space served as a nice perk and made loading and unloading hassle free. Communication with the host was clear, effective and efficient, making instructions and guidance easy to understand. Very positive experience engaging with Heirloom. This was our first Airbnb on a two week road trip across New England and it set a high bar!! Highly recommend, especially for a large family or group.”

“This beautiful condo was the perfect home base for our group of three couples! The modern interior design was gorgeous, and the thoughtful layout gave each couple their own bedroom and bathroom. The wonderful linens and bedding made our stay extra comfortable. We loved setting up the portable table and chairs for cards in the evenings—a fun way to unwind after exploring Stowe. The location was convenient to nearby recreation and restaurants. We highly recommend this luxury condo!”
