“Overall this was a very positive stay and I would have posted 5 stars if it were not for a situation that I am still waiting on response to two weeks later. I waited until the last day of the review period to post the review in hopes of a resolution. The location is very walkable to many attractions, restaurants, the park etc. The home itself is well designed with comfy beds, amenities like laundry and coffee, wash clothes etc. They provided a clean pack n play and sheets for my newborn baby. I received fast responses when I had questions via text + the Airbnb portal. Parking is easy. On the Friday night of our stay, the keypad to enter the property died. The 3 lockboxes outside did not work or had no key. We were locked out for over 4 hours at night with my newborn, unable to get to our formula or bottles, crib, or car keys. I was able to reach someone quickly and they were eager to help, however, 2 weeks later I am still waiting on my request for a refund of at least 1 night.”
“This was a great place to stay. The place was clean, the location was great, and the host was very responsive. They had the pack and plays that we had requested ready for us when we got there. We also really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was (i.e. lots of plates, bowls, utensils, pots, and pans, etc.). We would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Savannah.”
