You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. The City Park and Fairgrounds neighborhoods remain one of the most vibrant areas of New Orleans, playing home to the incredible JAZZ FEST and seasonal second-line parades. 10-minute walk to Fairgrounds and Bayou St John. 25-minute walk to the closest City Park entrance. Our space is also a short drive to the French Quarter and the Canal Street streetcar.
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, taxi, or Uber/Lyft. For cycling enthusiasts, New Orleans is an eminently bikeable city, and there are several rental and tour companies in close proximity (we especially recommend Bicycle Michael’s on Frenchmen Street). City Park, Fairgrounds, and Marigny are all within walking distance, and other hotspots such as The Bywater, Magazine Street, and French Quarter are a short drive away. Our property is located about 20 minutes from the airport.

“The house was very nice. Air conditioner did not keep the kitchen or master bedroom cool. When waiting for Uber the garbage cans really stink. We had 11 girls and the house accommodated us very well. We got locked out of the house. Customer service had the lock reset for us in five minutes. Customer service followed up with us the next day to make sure the lock was working.”
“I booked this home to celebrate my Son 13th birthday and celebrate my cousin wedding. The home is in a perfect location with lots of off street parking. The home is perfect for accommodating a large group. All of the bedrooms are spacious, however one of the King size beds is very squeaky upstairs . In the Grand Room, all of the sitting is extremely low to the Ground. All of the chairs, sofa needs to be replaced or restored with padding. My Parents couldn’t sit on the couch or chairs because they all seat too low. Lastly, the Pool & Spa never reached its Temperature .Pool 90f and Spa 104f. The Pool & Spa uses an Electric heating system which is not sufficient in heating a Pool or Spa. The pool tech came to the home and put water in the pool. He stated that the heater wasn’t running properly because the water level was too low. So, I didn’t get my money worth. Because, I never got to enjoy the pool or spa was to cold. Lastly,my parents couldn’t relax in the Grand Room furniture too low!”
“We hosted 11 guests at this property over Memorial Day weekend. The weather unfortunately wasn't the best. During a bad thunderstorm ~2am one night, the power for the entire home went out, triggering the fire alarm to continuously go off. The property manager had someone on call who was immediately responsive and able to help troubleshoot the situation. They sent additional staff the following morning to ensure all the appliances and WiFi were working. I was impressed by their responsiveness and availability during a holiday weekend. The property itself is as depicted in the photos, and the amenities as described. It was comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate a party of our size. The property is located 10-15 minutes by car from the French quarter, which is easy enough and affords enough distance for quiet evenings. The other reviews were correct in their description of the fruit fly problem in the kitchen. This wasn't a huge issue, mostly a mild annoyance.”
