This listing is for the entirety of the Inn with the exception of the Innkeeper’s suite. There is an innkeeper onsite to address guest needs and improve guest experience. There is a short flight of stairs to access the kitchen. Stairs are required to access the pool from. Guest access
The unit has locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in. *Please note that although an Innkeeper is onsite for all reservations, guests will have exclusive use to the amenities described above.
Hosting style
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

The location
Our home is located steps from the French Quarter in the historic and culturally vibrant Treme, just blocks from North Rampart Street. This is a safe, friendly, and laid-back area. For those interested in experiencing the gastronomy of the city, some of the best bars, restaurants, and cafes in the country are located in our immediate neighborhood. We are also within walking distance to the African American Museum, St. Augustine Church, Louis Armstrong Park, and other notable sites in NOLA. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting around
Our home is located directly next to the French Quarter, which makes getting around convenient and easy. We are a ~5 minute walk to the edge of the French Quarter, and a 15 minute walk to Frenchmen Street. The Marigny/Bywater is also reachable by walking, biking, or Uber/Lyft.

“The Airbnb was amazing - all the guests were amazed by the place. From the outdoor game area, the spaciousness of the place, and the charm. No one felt cramped, beds and bathrooms were modern and clean. Accessing the place was also convenient, and Heirloom did have everything ready for us. Communicating with the hosts was very easy and they were responsive. Checking in was a bit inconvenient, we had to wait 30 minutes to access the Airbnb because cleaning crew was still cleaning the place, albeit the previous group before us were not courteous and clean. Minor issue. I would stay here again with a large party in NOLA and Heirloom was a great host. Would highly recommend!”
