You are a short walk to the historic Layfayette cemetery and famed Commander’s Palace, a fine-dining creole restaurant that has become a New Orleans institution.
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, Uber, or taxi. The French Quarter is a short taxi/Uber. The number 11 bus also runs every 20 minutes directly to the Quarter.

“Beautiful home! Our large group had a great stay”
“I'll start by saying that the home is beautiful. Just as described in the photos. Very thoughtfully designed. It was also extremely clean. The only thing a bit disappointing was that the pool was very small and full of leaves. Had to spend a while cleaning it. The main reason this is 4 stars was for two reasons: 1) there was only hot water in half the home. Half the guests had to trek across the entire living room half naked to take their showers in other people's showers. 2) some of the walls to the exterior are extremely thin. While I know this is NOLA and people party late into the night, the house next door partied until 5 am and we felt like we were right there partying with them! It got so bad and for so long that I had to call the police to file a noise complaint. When I brought this up with the hosts, it led to two weeks of phone calls from third party management who tried to communicate with host but couldn't effectively. They gave me minimal money back, but not enough.”
“The property is beautiful in a great location with lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. The check in time communicated via text was wrong which caused some problems for us in planning, and people where still in the house cleaning after check in. For check out, people arrived 20 minutes early and we felt rushed out even though we timed our departure well. Aside from those check in and check out problems, the house is gorgeous, as described, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again if the check in/check out issues were resolved.”
“We rented this beautiful home for our daughter‘s wedding. It was the perfect place to host people throughout the week. The place was very clean, the location excellent and the communication with the property manager was very good when different things arose. No issues whatsoever I would highly highly recommend this beautiful property. We have done several rentals in the past and this has been one of our very favorite places!!!”

“Absolutely stunning home that was designed thoughtfully - tons of space, a million bathrooms, each absolutely stunning. Only two things we were disappointed in: the pool was totally over chlorinated where we couldn’t use it. And I wouldn’t say the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, etc.”
