If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Boasting the best antique and thrift shopping in the city, the district also offers incredible jazz venues, delicious mom and pop eateries, and institutions like the home of "Interview with a Vampire" author Anne Rice. You are a short walk to the historic Layfayette cemetery and famed Commander’s Palace, a fine-dining creole restaurant that has become a New Orleans institution.
Getting around
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, Uber, or taxi. The French Quarter is a short taxi/Uber. The number 11 bus also runs every 20 minutes directly to the Quarter.

“We had such a wonderful time celebrating a birthday with friends. Located at "the foot" of The Garden District, we were able to walk freely to many places...with the added bonus of having a coffee shop next door and Barrel Proof (a bar, but it has pop-up food most evenings) across the street. The house is GORGEOUS and well-appointed and on more than one evening we canceled dinner reservations because we so enjoyed relaxing in the pool. We had a couple of technical glitches that were handled promptly. To note: The downstairs bathrooms' hot water takes a while to heat up. We will certainly be back. Like, soon.”
