If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. “We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book again! The location was perfect—we walked to the French Quarter every day and night, saving money on parking and Ubers. There were also great restaurants, a pizza place, coffee shop, and a fun local bar just a 2–3 minute walk away, which let us explore beyond the tourist areas. The Airbnb was spotless and much bigger than expected, with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the showers worked great, and the pool was clean and perfect for relaxing after a day in the Louisiana heat. We also loved the easy checkout. We left the house tidy, but there wasn’t a long list of chores before our flight. The host was quick to respond and made everything easy. We honestly have nothing negative to say. If you’re considering this Airbnb, book it—you won’t regret it!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay and truly wish we could have stayed longer! The home was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and created the perfect atmosphere for my 40th bday celebration. Every space felt intentional and inviting. The Heirloom team was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. They responded quickly when we needed extra towels and linens, and both check-in and check-out were seamless and stress-free. The only minor issue we encountered was with the pool lights. We weren’t able to get them working in the pool itself, and they only seemed to work in the hot tub area, which is quite small. It wasn’t a major problem, but it would have made our evenings by the pool even more special. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the Heirloom team for helping make our trip so memorable!”
“The home was beyond expectations… Clean, spacious, absolutely stunning. I was a little worried for the price we paid I was gonna be underwhelming, but I was pleasantly shocked that it was one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. The coffee shop next-door has a very loud generator of some sort. That is a little distracting when you’re watching TV in the living room other than that, it was about as perfect. Great location. 100% would recommend and 100% will stay there again.”
