Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“OK so first of all our home was complimentary upgraded, so I didn’t know what to expect but let me tell you the house did not disappoint!!! This was truly one of the best AIRBNB’s I’ve ever stayed in! Home is so beautiful on all 3 floors!! The only issue we had was an electrical issue, the host sent maintenance out quickly to resolve the issue. I would recommend anyone to rent this property!”
“The property was beautiful and spacious. The decor and furniture are great. Really enjoyed the space itself. The pool area is relaxing. The place was so nice it was hard to leave out and do things around town. Wanted to utilize the space as much as possible. When we did decide to venture out nothing was more than 15 mins away. Most things we did were within a 10 mins ride share. It was close enough for us to bike to the French Quarter and back. I would definitely stay at this place again. Also side note the host company is very responsive and friendly. Made the whole trip a great experience.”
“Host was quick to respond. Home was beautiful. Plenty of space to hang out. Had a group of 10 guys there for a bachelor party and it was perfect. Kitchen/living room were all connected and there was plenty of room still. Pool was great to have and an extra area we hung out at. All the bedrooms/beds were plenty for us. There’s a liquor store only a minute walk away as well.”
“Absolutely incredible in every way. Somehow bigger and nicer than the photos (if that’s even possible), extremely responsive and kind hosts, very easy check in and check out. We spent entire days just hanging by the pool, cooking, and watching TV on the massive sofa which probably fits 20. At one point we thought the AC wasn’t working in one room and they responded immediately and showed up within the hour to help fix it (it was working fine and was cool within minutes). And they did not make us clean upon check out, just get our personal belongings and go! Truly could not have asked for a better place to host a large group!”
