Our home is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

The location was perfect — conveniently located near Caesars Superdome, and we were able to walk about 15 minutes to the Saints game, which made getting around incredibly easy. We did experience a minor issue with a leak due to the excessive rain during our stay. However, what really stood out was how responsive and accommodating the property owners were. They addressed the situation quickly and relocated us to an identical property just a couple of doors down, making the transition smooth and stress-free. The property was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. Things can happen, especially with unexpected weather, but Heirloom Properties handled the situation exactly the way you would hope a professional property management company would. We would definitely stay with Heirloom Properties again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to stay in New Orleans!”
“We were in New Orleans for our daughter's wedding and the Airbnb was for ourselves and several of our children. The space was wonderful for the large number of people we had. There were quiet places and gathering places where noise could be made. The pool and hot tub and outdoor grill and eating area were amazing! We definitely used the large gourmet kitchen to make our daughter's favorite, Jamaican oxtail! I would definitely stay in this location again and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a large space!”

“Great home, fully fit the description and was perfect for our bachelor party. Plenty of space and great common areas. Host was very responsive, such as when wifi went out they were helpful getting that back going. Surrounding area was slightly sketchy, but overally we had no incidents/concerns. Was still close enough to every major area so was convenient in that regard.”
