Both the building door and unit doors locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.

We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group! –The spa is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and spa maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Our hotel is located in the Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, galleries, boutiques, and world-class restaurants. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Touro neighborhood while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute drive to the WWII Museum, a 5 minute walk to the St Charles at Louisiana streetcar stop. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 15-20 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“This was a great house for the twelve of us in town for a funeral. There was a little hiccup getting in but they were incredibly responsive which is all you can hope for. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Only odd thing is that the outdoor public space is right outside the unit so you feel like you are in a bit of a fishbowl at times but that was communicated to us. Overall a great rental in uptown New Orleans”

“At this price point, I expect a 5 star experience and that is not what we received. When we checked in there was a vacuum and a paint brush in the living room. The master bed did not have a duvet cover. When you want to use the hot tub you have to send them a message 30 minutes before you actually want to use it so they can heat it up, and the hot tub stopped working during our stay. The coffee maker did not work and when I let them know the first morning of our stay, they did not come to replace it. This is a corporation that owns many Airbnbs and it’s obvious they don’t pay attention to the details. The most frustrating thing of all is when you send them a message on the app, they call you multiple times and talk at you without giving you any time to speak. It is so frustrating to be on vacation and to have to step away more than once a day to hear the same information. I will say it is decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, and it is in a great part of town.”
