HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of unit is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group! –The spa is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and spa maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

The location
Our hotel is located in the Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, galleries, boutiques, and world-class restaurants. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.
Getting around
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Touro neighborhood while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute drive to the WWII Museum, a 5 minute walk to the St Charles at Louisiana streetcar stop. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 15-20 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“We had a great stay at this New Orleans house for a 14-person bachelorette. The bedroom and bathroom setup worked really well for a big group, the decor and pool were gorgeous, and the location was ideal—walkable to good coffee and cute shops and a quick ride to Bourbon Street. Management was very responsive and helpful, especially when we arrived to find the fridge off; they quickly fixed it and let us use the neighboring unit’s fridge. The main downsides were that there isn’t one big seating area for a full group meal, and on our main pool day the pool technician added chlorine in the afternoon, so we couldn’t use the pool for about two hours. I'd also flag for future groups that they don't have pool towels on site. Overall, though, it was a great spot for a bachelorette, and we’d recommend it to other large groups. We would book again for future trips!”
