HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of unit is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group! –The spa is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and spa maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

The location
Our suite is located in the Garden District, one of the most historic neighborhoods in New Orleans. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, galleries, boutiques, and world-class restaurants. While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.
Getting around
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Touro neighborhood while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute drive to the WWII Museum, a 5 minute walk to the St Charles at Louisiana streetcar stop. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 15-20 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“We got rebooked and moved to new location multiple times, including once after we received check in codes to a location and had partially paid for transportation there. We were told the house was double booked “due to a software glitch” on the 3rd party software outside Airbnb that they required us to use for the first rebooking. The place we eventually ended up at was nice, but it was a completely different neighborhood that the place we selected, and it didn’t have a private pool or parking which were things we had planned around. I personally would not book with Heirloom again. Anyone who books with them should be prepared that they might not end up at the place in the listing they originally book on Airbnb, and that they might be reassigned to a new house even in the final hours before checkin”

“This place was such a perfect stay for our group of ladies! We stayed in Suite C (2nd and 3rd floor of the house) and everything looked exactly like the photos. I would love to call whoever decorated this space to come decorate my home because everything was so detailed and cute. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms and entire space was super clean. We did yoga down by the pool - such a bonus space! Highly recommend for any group coming down to New Orleans. It is in the Garden District which is so pretty and a little more peaceful and quiet from the French Quarter bustle. You are a short uber into town but you can also take the street cars which is really fun!”
