Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“Our rental property from Heirloom was broken into by three guests of another Heirloom property next door to us. I asked Heirloom for a refund for the days of our trip that this break in impacted, it has been two weeks now and Heirloom has not approved this refund. This break in was captured on Heirloom security cameras. My family and I found three drunk strange men in our rental property, finding one man asleep in one of our beds. They were staying in an Heirloom property next door —which was verified by their ID— and they said all of the side doors of the Heirloom properties there can be broken into and that's how they they knew they would be able to get in. After multiple phone calls, messages, and an in person meeting with security over the span of two days communicating what happened, my family's stay was gravely impacted by this break in. I asked Heirloom for a refund for these days of our stay and after waiting two weeks they have yet to rectify this incident with the refund.”
