We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

“Llona’s place was fantastic! Plenty of space for me and my friends, very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the hot tub! There were 6 of us but you could easily and comfortably fit a much larger group. We had a couple hiccups but they were fixed right away and Llona and the property management team were super helpful and responsive. It was also quick to drive or uber into downtown or to restaurants in east Austin. Definitely recommend!”

“Our group of 12 guys had more than enough space and never felt crammed. The house was exactly how it was described. It was very walkable to the University which was very important as going to a football game was the main purpose for the trip. Would definitely look to book again if I found myself back in Austin”
