We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

“Great stay and ample space. Had a group of 16 and we were able to have a comfortable trip. Even the couches are nice in case everyone wants their own sleeping spot. The back patio was awesome to relax, grill, and play games. And the host was very clear and timely with instructions. The parking can fit like 2 cars, 3 gets pretty congested and would make it quite hard to take out since the drive way connects to a main road. However, there was ample space across the street (on saline) for street side parking, so it ended up working out. Would highly recommend!”

“This home was absolutely amazing!!! It had enough room for our large group. It was well stocked. Very clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable that we have had in any rental. There were so many well thought out details for guests. It truly felt like we were at home. Liona was wonderful with responding and so accommodating. She was a fabulous host and we would recommend this rental to everyone!”
