The gated driveway accommodates 2 to 3 cars single file, and free street parking is available nearby. A public bus stop is located approximately half a mile from the property for those using public transportation. Downtown Austin is a 12 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic.

“David’s home was beautiful and very well managed. It was a town home set up, but the home was large so had a ton of space so did not feel like you shared walls or a space. The game room was an excellent added touch and we had fun playing pool. We loved the large kitchen table for board games, cards, and group meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking needs. Beds were comfortable and rooms were set up nicely for guests with luggage racks and closet space. The shared outdoor space was awesome. Do not be deterred by the word “shared.” It was huge! We never once had any issues with occupying the space with our neighboring air bnb guests - in fact, they were super kind and great to know they were also loving their trip to Austin! We were grateful for the extra hours at check out to enjoy the pool. Met the property manager and he was so kind and welcoming. We loved our stay and will be back next year for our annual trip to Austin.”

“David’s place is definitely a vacation in itself. We came to float the river, but didn’t even want to leave the Airbnb! There was a beautifully modern set up in the backyard with a fire pit, chairs, ping pong table, grill, and amazing pool! The interior was just as new and updated as the outdoor area. Ample room for all 10 of us, and completely clean and new. The host was very responsive and helpful. It’s also close to a lot of things in Austin. We had such a great time and would definitely stay there again when we are in town. Thank you!!!”
