Our home is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting around
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“We take annual family vacations to different cities. This location had plenty of room for everyone (over 20 people including kids) with the 2 homes and shared access back yard. The surrounding area was being developed so some construction noise during the day. Fairly convenient to the major attractions but definitely outside walking distance, so plan to spend plenty on parking (around $120.00 per trip average to get everyone downtown for us). The outside appearance of the home is narrow and cramped, but, surprisingly, once inside there was plenty of room without walking on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group or family.”

“We came with a group of 17 and it was pretty fantastic. Everyone was able to be comfortable and even have their own rooms. All of us loved our beds too. While the area is a bit secluded, we were able to get in and out of there without much trouble. Ubers aren’t too expensive and some of us even walked to the French quarter. It rained quite a bit on one of the days and having a space like this was perfect for us to be able to hang out. The pools were great and the giant TVs were perfect for us all to watch sports on. New Orleans can really chew up a bunch of guys like us and it was great to get home late at night to a space like this and rest up and relax. I highly recommend this for any larger group gathering. Would definitely come back!”
