Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. The location
Our home is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await.
Getting around
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 5 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 6-15 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“Everything was great. The houses are very modern and clean. So many bedrooms and bathrooms, they accommodated all 21 one of us in our own beds without using our airbeds. The houses were very clean and everything we needed was provided. The management team responded very quickly to our questions and needs. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to anyone traveling to NO. The houses are 1.5 miles from Bourbon Street and conveniently located to many attractions in New Orleans. Definitely 5 stars.”

“We take annual family vacations to different cities. This location had plenty of room for everyone (over 20 people including kids) with the 2 homes and shared access back yard. The surrounding area was being developed so some construction noise during the day. Fairly convenient to the major attractions but definitely outside walking distance, so plan to spend plenty on parking (around $120.00 per trip average to get everyone downtown for us). The outside appearance of the home is narrow and cramped, but, surprisingly, once inside there was plenty of room without walking on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group or family.”
