You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

This location is the perfect retreat for friends and family visiting Austin for the first time or the fortieth. Just a short 8 minute drive to Downtown, you can easily travel around and explore all that the city has to offer! For those who prefer to utilize public transport, we are about 4 minutes walk from the #17 bus stop that has direct service to the downtown area. Austin also has rideshare and bikeshare options available.

“The space was perfect for our 12-person group! We were able to have everyone comfortably in beds! The space was very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed our time hanging out in the pool and on the 3rd floor rooftop outdoor picnic table - perfect spot to enjoy a coffee during the early morning. Francis was also a very responsive and accommodating host. I would definitely recommend this stay for large groups!”

“We had a great stay for my bachelor party! The space was clean and as advertised, but I think saying it sleeps 13 is correct but generous. I would say 9-10 comfortably unless people split full beds. The pool and patio is awesome and the location is close proximity to great spots. Francis had clear instructions and is very responsive. Plenty of bathrooms made it convenient for a large group. Check out was easy.”

“My family absolutely loved staying here! It was the perfect place for our 3 families to get together.. with kids ranging between 2-14 years old. The kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms were super clean and fully stocked with more than enough towels for the bath and pool. The pool had beautiful lights and ended up being bigger than we originally thought, which was perfect for photos! The area was nice, quiet and pretty peaceful. Would love to stay here again.”
