In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Getting around
This location is the perfect retreat for friends and family visiting Austin for the first time or the fortieth. Just a short 8 minute drive to Downtown, you can easily travel around and explore all that the city has to offer! For those who prefer to utilize public transport, we are about 4 minutes walk from the #17 bus stop that has direct service to the downtown area. Austin also has rideshare and bikeshare options available.

“Stayed with a group of friends and the place was exactly how it was pictured and described. Very neat and clean. The host had a quick response time and very professional. “Our stay in Austin was wonderful! The house comfortably accommodated all 10 of us and had plenty of space for everyone. We did have an A/C issue in one of the first-floor bedrooms on the first night, as it wasn't blowing cold air. However, the team responded quickly, found an effective solution, and made sure the issue was resolved. Their customer service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Andy, who was especially helpful and wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay & an overall great experience at this property. The home was exactly as described, very clean, well maintained, & thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the abundance of towels and pillows, along with the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided for guests. The layout of the home worked very well for our family. The bedrooms were spacious, and having multiple full bathrooms made our stay comfortable and convenient. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The pool was an added bonus and quickly became one of our favorite features of the home. We spent a lot of time enjoying it & creating great family memories. The neighborhood was quiet while still being close to restaurants and other amenities. Overall, we had no negative experiences and genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great stay”
