In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. -We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

This location is the perfect retreat for friends and family visiting Austin for the first time or the fortieth. Just a short 8 minute drive to Downtown, you can easily travel around and explore all that the city has to offer! For those interested in public transport, we are about 4 minutes walk from the #17 bus stop that has direct service to the downtown area. Austin also has rideshare and bikeshare options available.

“I was in town for my annual Suns Away Trip with friends and needed a place to stay in Austin while the Spurs were hosting part of their I-35 series. We found this modern home in a neighborhood I did not know what to expect from, and it turned out to be perfect. The area is very walkable with great food and drink options. After an easy check in, we walked to Lustre Pearl East for a quick drink and appetizer, then over to Blue Owl Brewing. The next morning we grabbed breakfast and coffee at Pershing Cafe before heading to the LBJ Presidential Library and the State Capitol. We planned to walk to dinner at Suerte, but since we were running late it was a quick Lyft instead. I highly recommend this place. It offers convenient walkable options while still being close to downtown.”
