The cottage house is a single-story structure with its own living space and kitchen. Both structures have their own dedicated outdoor areas, partially separated by a fence. Our home is located just a brisk walk from downtown Nantucket; great restaurants and shops are just a few steps away! The shoreline is close by, with the popular Jetties Beach just a 10 minute bike ride through town. Our home’s location is perfect for those looking to get the best of both worlds; the hustle and bustle of the community center and the reprieve of an island getaway. Beaver is located in the Historic District Near downtown, the home is about 2500-3000 steps to downtown
