The Innkeeper's residence on the property is fully separate and is not part of your rental.
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Our inn is located steps from the French Quarter in the historic and culturally vibrant Treme, just blocks from North Rampart Street. This is a safe, friendly, and laid-back area. For those interested in experiencing the gastronomy of the city, some of the best bars, restaurants, and cafes in the country are located in our immediate neighborhood. We are also within walking distance to the African American Museum, St. Augustine Church, Louis Armstrong Park, and other notable sites in NOLA.
Our inn is located directly next to the French Quarter, which makes getting around convenient and easy. We are a ~5 minute walk to the edge of the French Quarter, and a 15 minute walk to Frenchmen Street. The Marigny/Bywater is also reachable by walking, biking, or Uber/Lyft.

“We had 11 family members travel to New Orleans to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. The house was perfect for all of us. This home is quirky and cool. It’s an older home so it has smaller rooms. There are two cabins and a huge master suite upstairs. Something for everyone. The pool area is awesome. We did find the pool too warm, not refreshing, and a little green, but I did not reach out and ask how to turn it down so that’s in me. I did have a problem with the outdoor T.V. I texted and got a call immediately healing me fix the problem. We walked every where. Very close to the French Quarter. New Orleans was better than I had imagined. This property has a lot to offer. Great trip!!”
“Everything was great once we touched down in NOLA! We were able to check-in early and stay late at check-out. The property was gorgeous and clean, with clear directions on how to use everything. We were ten guys on a bachelor party, and everyone was able to get their own bed with plenty of space to share. The backyard was a highlight of the trip, and we definitely got great use of it. The pool is a great size and the outdoor bar/TV set up was awesome. The host was also super attentive with anything we needed and answered within minutes, round the clock. I would definitely recommend staying here or at another Heirloom property if you're coming to NOLA with a big group. **However, be aware of the strict cancellation/modification policy! We had some people back out from the trip 4 months in advance and they were unwilling to work with us on cost or transferring us to a smaller/cheaper property. For ten people, this house is astronomically expensive, and we were stuck with the full cost.”
