We rent the main house and cottage house separately, it is possible another group may be renting the cottage house during your stay. The outdoor pool space can be accessed by both the main house and the cottage house. Please inquire if you are interested in both homes or the cottage house separately. “Absolutely perfect stay! We traveled with a group staying in the main house, and loved having the close proximity and shared pool and outdoor area. The carriage house is truly stunning and the perfect amount of space. Parking in front of the houses was plentiful - always able to get a convenient spot. “The carriage house is beautifully designed and very comfortable. It’s just a few minutes away from most locations that we wanted to visit. The heated pool was fantastic. We had a few small issues during the stay (I.e. codes not working) but the hosts were very responsive. We would definitely go back!”

“The place was as pictured and very clean. Angela was a very efficient & responsive host. We were close to our daughter’s dorm and Forsyth Park. The carriage house is close to the main house so other house can see in as some of the windows don’t have blinds, but overall still seemed pretty private. Beds were comfortable & lots of bathrooms! It was a great place to stay for our quick trip!”
