Both the building door and the unit doors lock with door codes. Codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. All three units and the outdoor area are private to your group.
You will have complete privacy here. Should a rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!

Our home is located in the beautiful and historic Central City, just upriver from the Central Business District. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. The historic streetcars are minutes away and will carry you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world class restaurants, including the Southern Food and Beverage Museum and the McKenna Museum of African American Art. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there, or walk the other direction a few minutes and tour the CBD where some of New Orleans’ best restaurants await. Second line parades, Mardi Gras Indian celebrations, and the Carnival Uptown parade route all move through this neighborhood at different times of year. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location puts us between the Lower Garden District and the CBD while staying close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute walk to the WWII Museum and a 5 minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, with plentiful on street parking. There is plenty to see and do here on foot, and the Superdome and French Quarter are a short drive depending on the time of day and traffic.

“Really great place for our group of 14 people. The space is nicely done and the common areas were comfortable and great finishes. We didn’t get to use the outside since it was raining, but it looked nice. This was close to the quarter and was even walkable to many spots. If you have a very large group, this place is great.”
