Our historic hotel features three floors of beautifully designed suites. This listing is for one suite located on the 2nd floor. Guests may inquire about reserving additional suites for larger groups. FEATURES –1 indoor kitchen fully stocked with essential cookware –Metered on-street parking is available, parking is on city property and additional charges apply. (This listing does not include off-street parking, but we are happy to give you suggestions on where to park close by) –Memory foam mattresses and linen –High-speed internet –1 TV located in the living room –High-end essential toiletries – On-site attendant ACCESSIBILITY & LAYOUT Stairs are required to access all floors. There are no interior stairs in the suite; the entire space is on a single level. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short uber ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

“Great place to stay, very responsive, clean, pleasant each time I needed to communicated. The light would flicker from time to time. Inside building/hallway had a bit of a smell. The elevator was really small. Once you step inside the unit it was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures shown. Everything was readily available.”
