New Orleans, Louisiana, United States
Our home is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5 minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 15-20 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“This was one of the most frustrating Airbnb experiences I've ever had. First, there was a major water leak into one of the bedrooms that soaked a bed intended to be used during our stay and caused damage to personal property. While the sheets were changed, the room was still disrupted and the damage had already been done. The bigger issue occurred on our final night. Around 3:00 AM, we returned to the property and could not get inside. We were provided multiple access codes, but none of them worked. After paying a significant amount for this stay, we were left stranded on the streets of New Orleans in the middle of the night with no immediate solution. The only reason we got inside was because someone in our group scaled a six-foot wall and entered through the back of the property. Despite the property damage, major inconvenience, and serious safety concerns, we have received no meaningful compensation or explanation. I would not recommend this property.”
“Spacious home with lots of rooms, living room, and kitchen space. Pool was great on a few hot days. Neighborhood was OK but would recommend Ubering in and out at night.”
“We had a great time on New Orleans! The place is very nice inside. The neighborhood seems a little questionable, but we were always in a group. It is next to a major road so there’s lots of traffic. There is a nice deck and pool area but we didn’t take advantage of it. It is convenient located near public transportation. Central City BBQ is close by and it’s amazing. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations!”
“A great place to stay! A busy road near by but you don’t hear any noise inside! Several places in walking distance. Really great for a group! We had 8 and loved the space!”
“The location of this Airbnb was perfect for Mardi Gras. It was very close to a lot of different parades. Our group did not have a car but we were able to walk to mostly everything, as it is pretty centrally located. When we checked in, there were a few items not working. We told the staff and within the hour, they had someone come out to help us fix the items, even during Mardi Gras season which is super impressive! I think one thing to note is that this Airbnb is close to the freeway where some homeless people reside. They stayed to themselves and I never felt unsafe, especially with the double locking system. However, you do have to walk past them to get into places like French Quarter. Just writing this so people are aware before booking, if that makes them uncomfortable. Overall, great place and responsive staff made the stay enjoyable!”
“Had to wait 30 minutes to get into the place because we never got the code for the lock. Once I got ahold of someone we had to try several codes and none of them work until another group that was staying at the same place provided us with the code they got which the lady on the phone did not have in her records. Other than that, the rest was good”
