Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Savin Hill is a vibrant mix of young professionals and artists, close enough to downtown to make getting around Boston a breeze, but with enough happening in your immediate environs that you don’t need to go far to discover why our neighborhood is truly a hidden gem. All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting around
The Savin Hill subway station is within walking distance. From Savin Hill, the Red Line will take you directly into the heart of Boston in minutes. The nearest Hubway bicycle rental location is less than a five minute walk away. There are also several private transportation options at your disposal (Uber/Lyft, Zipcar). If you do plan on driving, our street offers free on-street parking.

“We enjoyed our short but fun visit to Boston! Boston is a very walkable city so being close to the T line made transportation a lot easier to get to the places we wanted to visit. However parking can be a little tricky so make sure you’re aware of the limited parking near the house when booking. The space was just enough for our group of 8 and we had everything we needed in the home to feel comfortable. Our only complaint was the noise from the above tenants which we learned were guests staying in the house as well. They definitely had their fair share of partying during late hours of the night that was a little disruptive to our family and children in our group. We understand this was out of our control but maybe something to be aware of that there are people staying about the rental. Thanks for hosting us in Boston!”
