The unit has locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.
Hosting style
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available. Should you prefer to leave your car at home, we are a 10 minute walk to a strip of dozens of bars and restaurants, and the 72 Bus takes you straight to Old Town Scottsdale. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option, too. For the bike lover, rest easy knowing that Scottsdale is one of only 39 communities nationwide rated Gold level or higher by the League of American Bicyclists for its bicycle friendliness.

“The place was beautiful and much prettier in person than what the photos showed which was a wonderful surprise. It had everything we needed for a chill bachelor party and the hosts even brought us a longer hose extender so that we could hose down the volleyball court. I was really impressed with this place and it was 15-20 minutes from all the old town Scottsdale night life.”

“Lovely space, but needs some care from the owners/owning corporation: Lots of loose fixtures - doorknobs, towel racks, toilet paper holders, etc. The bathroom in the guest house has a broken showerpan which lets water soak into the floor. Water wells up from under the tiles and there is visible water damage to the walls from a long time of this issue being unaddressed.”
