The location
Located centrally between the Garden District and the CBD (Central Business District), you are in the perfect location to enjoy New Orleans. 1 block from the closest street car stop and St Charles parade route. 10 minutes walk to Magazine St, or the WW2 museum. So many restaurants in a 10 min walking radius (we love Mais Arepas and St. Pizza and can't wait to give you more recs). We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too.
Getting around
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“We loved our stay here! The house was so clean and spacious. And the host was very responsive. We loved how easy check out was. We didn’t have to clean the entire house like most Airbnbs; they just wanted us to make sure we had a good time, which we really appreciated. My family had a wonderful stay and we cannot wait to return!”

“This was a great place to stay for a bachelorette trip. It was spacious, close to everything we needed, and the host was extremely responsive, which we really appreciated. The main drawback was the mold in the third-floor bedroom closet and around the bathroom vent, which was also dripping water. We kept the closet door closed, but it was uncomfortable staying in a room with visible mold. We notified the host and they sent someone over the next morning. He sprayed and wiped away the mold, and we appreciated the quick response, but it felt more like a temporary fix than a solution to the underlying moisture issue. Overall, we enjoyed the space and location, but the mold issue should be addressed more thoroughly.”
