In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The hot tub is open for year-round use but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. –Please note the property has a steep driveway that can accommodate 2 cars. Guests with mobility concerns should take caution when parking. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

“Beautifully decorated, high-end amenities. I booked this for a work retreat and used the dining room as our conference room for 6. The couch was big enough for us all to sit on comfortably spaced out for some activities too. Everyone had their own luxurious room and own very comfy throw. Backyard is small, and the rooms are tight, but it was perfect for what we needed. Hot tub and sauna did not cost extra and were ready to use when we arrived!”
“Overall, we had a good stay. The host was very responsive, before and during the trip. House was easy to find and get into and all of the instructions were very clear. The house was perfect for our large group and we had plenty of space to gather, cook and eat. The house was tidy when we arrived, but could have been cleaner. It looked like the floors hadn't been mopped and a couple of the beds had hair in the sheets and one of them had hair and a couple small bugs. One of the showers upstairs also had some hair in it and looked like it could have used a deeper clean. We did appreciate all of the amenities and the extra towels.”
“This place was great to stay at for our large group! The host provided everything for the home (and more) which took a lot of stress off of us during our trip. The one con I have is that the driveway was so steep we were unable to park our cars in it, but there is still street parking in the area if your group has multiple vehicles. Overall it was a great place and I would definitely recommend it!”
