The entire home is for your exclusive use. Although, the pool and backyard area are shared with the other homes in the building.
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

“I wrote this upon entering... Oh wow, yes. The only problem now is how do I convince my kids to leave the house and see the city! It's really special, one of the best I've seen. “Overall not a bad place to stay. Lots of rooms and beds, bathrooms were nice and well stocked, and the shared pool was a great thing to have for bored kids. Things that were not the fault of Heirloom, but unfortunately were a factor, was the construction and associated dust. New Orleans heat is also not something Heirloom can control, but the HVAC struggled to keep the unit cool and not all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. This made for some uncomfortable sleeping and ceiling fans on full blast. An inconvenience but not something that deserved a negative review. Again, we enjoyed having the space and amenities and it was overall a great place for the price which was very affordable compared to some places in the surrounding area.”
“Leo was very helpful in all details, helping with all the issues, the house is so much better and beautiful than the pictures, was a very gorgeous and spacious place. The rooms and the beds were very comfortable and neat. The entire house was renovated and the kitchen and bathrooms were amazing. My family and I highly recommend this property and the host and we will definitely be booking back there soon. A huge thank you for heirloom company for great family Vacation time.”
“Very responsive hosts. Easy check-in and out. Clear instructions and very helpful about the area. Beds were super comfortable and the house was quiet considering it was a shared space of multiple units in one area. Backyard was nice and pool was clean. House had everything you needed. We had a nice stay. There is road work near the house right now but it's happening all over the city. It did not bother us but of course you do see it. We would stay again with Heirloom for sure.”
