Our convenient location and safe neighborhood makes this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in the beautiful Lower Garden District while still close to most major sites. We are a 5-8 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 8-18 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

“Everything was wonderful! The rooms were great, the entertaining spaces were big as well, it fit 8 of us perfectly! No one went without, I highly recommend this location for big groups. Host was communicative and quick to respond!”
“This place is 100% worth your stay! The house looks exactly like the photos and is located in a safe neighborhood with so many great restaurants within walking distance. The house had everything we needed and more—from great branded shampoo and conditioner, super comfy beds, and TVs in the roooms, to all the necessities you could possibly need during your stay. They even had extra supplies available in case we ran out of anything, which was such a nice touch! It’s only about a 6–10 minute drive to the French Quarter, which made it super easy and convenient for us to explore NOLA and get around. There is no designated parking, but there is plenty of street parking available. We would leave in the morning and come back late at night and never had an issue finding a spot. This place honestly made our trip to NOLA even better! If you’re coming into town, I definitely recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!”

“This AirBnB was perfect for our group of 7 on a girls trip. The living area/couch was spacious for us all to hang out comfortably and we were able to have dinner easily together at the table. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The location is great for walkability to Magazine, St Charles, or into downtown. It was raining during our trip, but the pool and grill areas were very nice. The hosts were incredibly communicative. There were a few small issues that we ended up having to resolve ourselves (e.g. batteries for the TV remotes) but they accomodated an early bag drop and were attentive throughout our stay.”
