Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
You will be walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to the French Quarter and the convention center, and biking is another fun and convenient option, with scores of rental shops to choose from. Uber and Lyft services are easy and affordable in this compact city. Retail hub Magazine Street is just a short uber ride away, as are some of the city’s other hip neighborhoods, Bywater and the Marigny.

“Had a fantastic stay at Jay’s place! It's within walking distance to the French Quarter, but far enough away that we escaped the noise and late-night chaos, which made us feel much safer. The apartment is very spacious, roomy, and located on a quieter street that made Uber and tour pickups incredibly easy. It's only 13 minutes, flat walk to Cafe Du Monde, and having a convenience store right on the corner (visible from the front door) was amazing for grabbing quick things for the kitchen. The room had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend to anyone visiting NOLA!”
