You will have complete privacy here. Every question you ask or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, meaning there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the home is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The pool is open and heated from Memorial Day through Labor Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. –The spa is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and spa maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home's EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Located on the Gulf Coast, our neighborhood is quaint, diverse, and vibrant. Our location is a short drive away from Bay St. Louis Beach! There is plenty to do and see in the immediate area such as the Alice Moseley Folk Art & Antique Museum and the Historic L&N Train Depot.

The best way to get around is by rideshare, car, or by bike. Our neighborhood is close to everything Bay St Louis has to offer.

“We had a group of nine women and this place was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway!! There were some issues with the pool when we arrived but they took care of it as soon as possible. Communication with them was easy about the issue and they were incredibly responsive. The beds were amazing and everyone commented on how comfortable they were. We had plenty of room to sit in the living room and kitchen area for visiting. If you are considering this place, go for it! You will not regret it!”

“The house was very spacious and nicely appointed. Perfect for a large family group (ours was 16) and it was just right. Linens and beds were high quality, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. We had an issue with the TV by the pool, and they immediately replaced it. They also fixed the heater in the jacuzzi right away, and were very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend for a group setting.”
