Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

“Oh boy, where to begin? We arrived almost an hour after check-in, and the cleaning crew was still there. Despite this, the pool and rooftop patio hadn’t been properly cleaned. The pool was disgusting, with a $2 bill floating in it, loose change at the bottom, and visible algae. To make matters worse, our rental car was stolen directly outside the property. While I understand this isn’t the host’s fault, it’s worth mentioning as a warning to future guests. I’m a New Orleans local and have never experienced anything like this, but short-term rentals can unfortunately be easy targets. The cherry on top? On checkout morning, the pool cleaner let himself onto the property before our check out time to clean the pool for the NEXT guests. Would’ve been nice to receive that same courtesy before our arrival! Overall, incredibly disappointing, especially for the price. Between the cleanliness, security concerns, and lack of attention to detail, this stay was absolutely not worth the money.”
