Welcome to your Stowe retreat, a 10-bedroom, 6-bath combo of four condos for up to 28 guests, less than a mile from Stowe Mountain Resort. Your group gets Unit 2 on the Second Floor plus the entire Third Floor, with a kitchen and living room in every unit. Foster’s Swimming Hole is within walking distance, with access to the West Branch Little River. Five free off-street parking spots are included. Guests in the building’s one other unit may share common areas.

Unit 2 takes up the Second Floor, and Units 3, 4, and 5 sit side by side on the Third Floor, reached by an additional staircase. None of the units are internally connected, so each has its own entrance. Once inside any unit, everything is on one level. There’s no elevator on site. The remaining unit in the building is rented separately, so common areas in and around the building may be shared with other guests. Individual units are available upon inquiry. The units and building doors have locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.
Hosting style
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. The location
Unbeatable year-round location for groups looking to connect with each other and everything this beautiful area has to offer: Across the street from the Matterhorn Bar, less than a mile from Stowe Mountain Resort and the Stowe Cross Country Center, a 3-minute drive to Topnotch resort, less than a ten-minute drive from Mount Mansfield, Smuggler’s Notch, and Underhill State Park, 10-minute drive to downtown Stowe. Summer travelers: Scenic Biking/Downhill biking, hiking, and swimming within walking distance from the front door: Ranch Brook is right at the end of the road from us (2-minute walk) - great spot for some fly fishing and casual waterfront time, 10-minute walk (less than half a mile) to the more well known Fosters swimming hole - a summer swimming destination for those that know it!
Getting around
The best way to get around is by car. We recommend bringing your own, but the closest car rental services are located in the nearby towns of Burlington and Berlin. We are also just a 3-minute walk to a Free Mountain Road shuttle stop that will take you to Stowe Mountain!
