Please inquire if this is of interest to your group! –This building is located directly across from a lively nightclub, and noise from the bar and street may continue late into the night. While this location is ideal for those who want to be close to vibrant nightlife, it may not be the best fit if you or your group are sensitive to noise. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS  –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.  –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.   –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.  –Pets are not allowed at this property.  –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Getting around

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

Great apartment and location. Very clean and had everything we needed. Good communications. Only thing I would point out is the parking situation. There is on street parking but this is challenging to use for a longer stay. The local pay lots range from $34 to $42 per day. Just build in the cost of parking to your stay.

Great safe location! Able to walk everywhere! A little loud at night due to the club across the street, but white noise machines helped! Host was great with communication and assistance when the TV remote did not work and got it fixed that night!

What a wonderful experience! The apartment was beautifully furnished, spotless and had everything one could want away from home. It was so easy to book and is even better than the photos show. One of our favorite touches were the labels for the light switches...no guessing! The bathrooms were spotless with large walk in showers, the 3 bedrooms were all beautifully appointed and the living/kitchen area was stunning. We enjoyed it after long days of taking in all Savannah has to offer. The location couldn't be any better...it's right in the middle of the historic area, and centrally located for all tours, parks and the river walk areas. The people we talked to were quick to get back to us with parking options, and to check on us to make sure all was going great. Would we stay there again? We certainly would, and have already recommended it to several other friends.
