One home sits one block off Magazine Street, and the other sits directly on Magazine Street. The homes are not next door to each other — they are separated by a coffee shop and approximately a 2-minute walk apart. The homes do not connect internally and are accessed independently. Each home has its own entrance, kitchen, outdoor space, and parking. Both homes are accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in.
You'll have complete privacy throughout your stay. Any question or concern — before or during your visit — will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the event of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist.
House Disclosures — We do our best to accommodate early check-ins, though we want to ensure the full property is clean and ready upon arrival. Early bag drop can often be arranged — please inquire if this is of interest to your group. — The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If your dates border these holidays and you'd like the pool heated, please reach out and we'll confirm based on our winterizing schedule. — The hot tub is available year-round but has scheduled maintenance. We will notify guests of any maintenance windows and work to keep them as brief as possible. Business Disclaimers — Reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older. — Guests are required to complete a verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving check-in information. — A valid credit card and photo ID are required for identification purposes only. — We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or prepaid debit cards. — Pets are not permitted. — Packages cannot be received at the property. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. — Our homes are equipped with Arlo/Hikvision cameras at exterior entry points only (front/back doors), for guest safety. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with plentiful on-street parking and easy access to public transit. The St. Charles streetcar stop at Erato is a 5-minute walk. The French Quarter and Superdome are a 5–7 minute drive or 20–25 minute walk. The No. 11 bus runs every 20 minutes directly to the Quarter. Uber, taxi, and bike are all great options as well.
