The entire house is reserved exclusively for your group. The home is accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in.
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group! –The pool is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS –We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Our home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac on Wilmington Island, one of the coastal islands east of Savannah, where salt marsh and tidal creeks shape the landscape. The island offers a calm retreat from the pace of the city while keeping you positioned between two very different days out, the squares, restaurants, and history of downtown Savannah in one direction and the beaches of Tybee Island in the other. Nearby Wilmington Island has its own shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences along the main road. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.
A car is the best way to get around from here. The island is quiet and pleasant for walking or biking within the neighborhood, but shops, restaurants, downtown Savannah, and Tybee Island all call for driving. Free parking is available at the home. Rideshare services operate in the area and are a reliable option for trips into the city.
