Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. –We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. –We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. –We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. –Pets are not allowed at this property. –Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. –We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Our condos sit in the Central Business District, the stretch of downtown New Orleans bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District, and the river. The name undersells it: this is where the city’s sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, and some of its best restaurants all sit within a few blocks of one another. The French Quarter begins a short walk away across Canal Street, and the Warehouse District’s galleries and museums are close in the other direction. All guests receive a list of local recommendations after booking, including favorite spots, restaurants, and activities.
This is one of the most walkable parts of the city. The French Quarter and the convention center are both a short walk, and biking is easy with rental shops throughout. Rideshare is quick and affordable here, and the streetcar lines connect downtown to the Garden District and uptown. Magazine Street’s shops and the Bywater and Marigny neighborhoods are a short ride away. There is no dedicated off street parking at this property. Metered street parking is available nearby, paid Monday through Saturday from 8am to 7pm and free on Sunday, and several lots and garages offering hourly and daily rates sit close by. Please follow posted signs for street cleaning and other restrictions.
