Your condos sit in the Central Business District, where historic brick buildings and modern high rises meet just outside the French Quarter. Walk a couple of blocks to Canal Street and keep going into the Quarter for Bourbon Street nightlife, Jackson Square, and beignets at the French Market. Closer to home, the CBD and the nearby Warehouse Arts District are packed with chef-driven restaurants, rooftop bars, and the galleries along Julia Street, and the National WWII Museum is an easy walk or quick ride away. Caesars New Orleans casino and the Mississippi riverfront are just minutes on foot. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including local favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting around
With so much nearby, most groups can leave the car behind for the majority of their stay. The Canal Street streetcar stops a short walk from the building and heads toward Mid City and City Park, the Riverfront line runs along the river to the French Market, and the St. Charles streetcar rolls through the Garden District to Uptown. Uber and Lyft are quick and affordable throughout the city. Street parking is paid and metered, so groups arriving with multiple vehicles should plan ahead and check posted signs.
