The second floor condos are reached by stairs, and there is no elevator in the building. All four condos are single level with no interior stairs. The condos are accessed via smart locks. Door codes and all check-in details will be provided via message and text on the day of check-in. All four condos are private to your group. The building entrance and stairwell are shared with other guests staying on the upper floor.

Your condos are in the Central Business District, the part of downtown New Orleans framed by the French Quarter, the Warehouse Arts District, and the Mississippi River. Sports, gaming, shopping, theater, and some of the city’s best restaurants are all within a few blocks of one another here. Cross Canal Street and you’re in the French Quarter, home to Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, and the French Market. In the other direction, the Warehouse Arts District offers galleries, museums, and the National WWII Museum. Caesars New Orleans casino is just minutes away on foot. All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including local favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
This is one of the most walkable parts of the city, with the French Quarter and the convention center both a short walk away. The Canal Street and St. Charles streetcar lines connect downtown with Mid City, the Garden District, and Uptown, and Uber and Lyft are quick and affordable throughout the city. Magazine Street, the Marigny, and the Bywater are a short ride away. There is no off-street parking at this property. Metered street parking is paid Monday through Saturday from 8am to 7pm and free on Sunday, and several nearby lots and garages offer hourly and daily rates. Please follow posted signs for street cleaning and other restrictions.
