We are a 5-minute drive from downtown, 10 minute walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville and minutes away from Main St. Whether you are looking to explore the food and culture or dance all night at the honky-tonks we have you covered. We love the vibrant music, food and art culture in our neighborhood and we know you will too. For each reservation we provide our curated insider area guide with specific suggestions and tips for your trip.
Our neighborhood is within walking distance from great bars and restaurants as well as shopping and parks. Along with local buses we recommend utilizing ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft in the city for further away destinations.

“Twelve of us rented both units for a four day trip. We all had our own bed, and the beds were so comfortable! The temp of the units was easy to regulate & the units smelled great! They were easy to find and access. We ordered groceries and liquor via Instacart & they met us at the house an hour after we arrived. Travel to & from downtown was a quick Uber ride & we never waited more than ten minutes. The neighborhood was walkable & we met the nicest people! We had tacos at Mas Tacos per recommendation from a neighbor & they were worth every cent (about $3 a taco!). Attended the Ladies Brunch - It was a room full of half dressed girls within various ages screaming/singing along with a DJ lol!). And after a martini or two, we were singing along with them.”

“We had such a great stay here for a bachelorette weekend with a large group! There was plenty of space for everyone, and having the two separate living spaces was actually a huge plus. It made it really easy for our group to split up between friends and family when needed, and it worked out perfectly for us. The location was also super convenient — an easy and quick Uber ride to Broadway, and getting to and from the airport was very easy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for the weekend, which was especially helpful for a larger group. Communication with the host was easy and seamless throughout our stay. We also ordered Instacart a few times directly through the Airbnb app, which was incredibly user-friendly and convenient. Overall, this place worked perfectly for our group, and we would absolutely stay here again!”
