Our home gets the best of both worlds in Nashville. Our home is in East Nashville (short walk to Five Points) directly across the river from downtown. We are a 5-minute drive from downtown, 10 minute walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville and minutes away from Main St. Whether you are looking to explore the food and culture or dance all night at the honky-tonks we have you covered. We love the vibrant music, food and art culture in our neighborhood and we know you will too. For each reservation we provide our curated insider area guide with specific suggestions and tips for your trip.
Our neighborhood is within walking distance from great bars and restaurants as well as shopping and parks. Along with local buses we recommend utilizing ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft in the city for further away destinations.

“Upon our arrival at 4 pm, both units had not been cleaned and were still very dirty from previous guests. Cleaning crew did come out shortly after host was notified of this issue, but they did not stay for very long. Both units desperately need a deep clean since scuffs and stains on walls and stairs were visible in both units. The AC in one unit would not get below 78 degrees during the day and the WiFi in the same unit also wouldn’t work on the only TV located in the living room; which was also very disappointing. Host was responsive and tried to help solve some of these issues but ultimately this is not what we expected to have to deal with during our 5 day stay. Location is good and check-in was easy, but had we showed up any later than 4 pm, these issues would have been even more inconvenient than they already were. I understand things happen but when you have a party of 11 relying on clean houses to stay in, both units were underwhelming and overpriced.”
