We are a 5-minute drive from downtown, 10-minute walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville, and minutes away from Main St. Whether you are looking to explore the food and culture or dance all night at the honky-tonks we have you covered. We love the vibrant music, food, and art culture in our neighborhood and we know you will too. For each reservation, we provide our curated insider area guide with specific suggestions and tips for your trip.
Our neighborhood is within walking distance from great bars and restaurants as well as shopping and parks. Along with local buses we recommend utilizing ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft in the city for further away destinations.

“Great rental home! The home is spacious and well kept. The home is in a great location East Nashville is so much fun to explore. A quick uber ride to downtown. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, we did not run into any housekeeping issues during our stay. We had a little bit of trouble with the door code and television wifi, but the host was extremely helpful and quick to rectify the issues. Thank you for hosting us!”
“We stayed here as a group and unfortunately experienced several maintenance issues that impacted our stay. Our biggest issue was the refrigerator, which repeatedly stopped working, appearing as though a breaker kept tripping. Despite multiple maintenance visits, the issue was never fully resolved. We ultimately had to throw away groceries because we could no longer trust they had been kept at a safe temperature, resulting in wasted food and additional expense. Communication was also frustrating. We were told maintenance would arrive between 2–4 p.m., but an electrician showed up around 10 a.m. without notice. We repeatedly had to contact the management company for updates, and coordinating maintenance interrupted our vacation. The toilet seats were loose and felt unstable, and the WiFi information provided was incorrect. The company did try to help, but it was near the end of our stay. The property has potential, but for the price we expected better attention to detail.”
“The house was big and spacious! Check in and out was a smooth process! The refrigerator wasn’t working at all in the kitchen. The house was clean but I did noticed some spots on sheets and cover on bedding . The house could use a good deep cleaning but don’t get me wrong overall it was not dirty .”
