We are a 5-minute drive from downtown, 10-minute walk to some of the best bars and restaurants in Nashville, and minutes away from Main St. Whether you are looking to explore the food and culture or dance all night at the honky-tonks we have you covered. We love the vibrant music, food, and art culture in our neighborhood and we know you will too. For each reservation, we provide our curated insider area guide with specific suggestions and tips for your trip.
Our neighborhood is within walking distance from great bars and restaurants as well as shopping and parks. Along with local buses we recommend utilizing ride-share apps like Uber or Lyft in the city for further away destinations.

“We really enjoyed our stay at this Heirloom home in Nashville! The house was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom—it made traveling with our group so easy and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable too! The air conditioning worked extremely well, which we really appreciated during the Nashville heat. Having a separate thermostat on each floor was a fantastic feature because everyone could adjust the temperature to their own comfort. The stairs are a little steep, but having a beautiful king bedroom with its own bathroom on the main floor was a wonderful option. We also enjoyed the patio and appreciated having the BBQ grill available. The only thing we wished for was an umbrella for some shade. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this home to anyone visiting Nashville.”
“Would 100% recommend… was perfect for our large group, we each had our own privacy. The location was perfect, loads of bars and restaurants near by. Ubers were easy to get and cheap to go into Broadway. We would definitely stay here again.”
“Great house, stayed here with a group of friends for the CMA fest. Easy uber ride into Broadway for cheap. The house is large and accomodating for multiple people with their own space and bathroom. Couple of issues with code to checking in but a quick phone call resolved it, the wifi wasn’t working when we got there however the hosts pursued the issue and got it working as fast as they could. Would recommend the place and stay again.”
