HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

We are also located close to Germantown (10 min drive, 30 min walk), a popular area bordering downtown filled with tons of restaurants to explore. Whether you are looking to experience the food and culture or dance all night at the honky-tonks we have you covered. We love the vibrant music, food and art culture of Nashville and we know you will too. For each reservation we provide our curated insider area guide with specific suggestions and tips for your trip.
No car? No problem! Our neighborhood is walking distance from great bars and restaurants as well as shopping and parks. Along with local buses we recommend utilizing ride share apps like Uber or Lyft in the city for further away destinations.

“We stayed here for two nights with our children. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We had enough space for the kids to have their own rooms and the hot tub was lovely. The kitchen and bathrooms were gorgeous (although the master bathroom shower could use more water pressure - maybe try a new showerhead?). The air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived but the property management company sent someone out immediately to fix it. Oh and be careful on the stairs by the hot tub - very slick with wet feet. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“When we had an issue Angela responded immediately, even when it was late at night, which was really fantastic. The beds were super comfortable and there is plenty of sitting areas both on the roof and in the living room/kitchen area for our group of 6. The Uber to and from downtown for a XL was usually around $10- $15. There wasn’t really a check out list, so we just took out all the trash (the dumpster in the back is easy to get to) and started a load of the towels. Overall good experience, especially appreciated the ability for a late check out since some of us had late flights out.”
